Client work has kicked off. We met some truly inspiring people today, amongst whom the General Manager of IBM East Africa Tony Mwai, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Communications Dr. Bitange Ndemo, the CEO of the Kenyan ICT Board Paul Kukubo and our very own client Dr. Katherine Getao, Director of E-Government.
Fact of the day: Of the 60.000 university graduates each year, 80% cannot find a job in Kenya but leave the country or remain jobless.
